Sunny Day ☀

Well, not exactly, cloudy day I guess. A perfecto day for nice garden walk and photo-taking.
I can't remember when was the last time I made my mark on Botanic Garden. Perhaps an excursion/field trip during primary school?
Together with my crazy classmates, we went there yesterday for snapping and more snapping. DSLR, digital camera, Holga, BBF all in actions. With Yu Xuan as our driver of the day, we went to Botanic Garden in the day and Marina Barrage in evening.

Indeed, car ride with friends are really enjoyable, especially when there's lots of rubbish and nonsensical stuff during the journey. And, never trust GPS. Trust your sixth sense instead.

AND, a way to do lomograhpy effects using digital camera without use of photoshop, is to use digital camera with flash on and Holga MCF colour filter.

I use yellow filter for the last two pictures. Perhaps it works better at night or darker places since flash will be use.
Vignette can be added on with PS.

Christmas Eve was as enjoyable with a group of besties. This year, we had ours at Minds' Cafe. Not a big group, just the four of us. But it's enough for us to joke around. It's a pity Aeng couldn't make it to join us. Fear not, there will always be next time.
Before heading to Minds', we had movie together, with Xiang, JR and Han Ping. Weird combination eh?
They did not know each other well, but for some reason, Xiang and Han Ping can still manage to join forces together and 'sour' me even they are my friends of different cliques.

Poor me. =/

Introduction: We're talking about how pervertic Winnie the Pooh, for it only wear shirt and half-naked. But accordingly to Nee, it wears yellow jumper/stockings. And somemore, it continues with PIglet and one part of the conversation goes..

滢： 瘦肉嘛！！我们的瘦肉就是这样来的啊。

Instead of receiving post-it from Mr things we forget, I received LASALLE semester 1.

My result:

Introduction to Studio Practice: 57/100
Introduction to Contextual and Conceptual studies: 60/100

WTH?

C and a low B, I THINK.

CSS scored better than my sketchbooks.

I want to know my individual grades for my sketchbooks. I NEED TO KNOW~

And well, time to buck up for semester 2.

And prepare to clean ears for Nadia. I guarantee that she will nag at us about our results.

An interesting weekend for last week because I had fun with DSLR camera.
Totally, DSLR camera is ♥♥
(All thanks to Siang for lending his precious camera to this noob here.)

But i think my photos are still so-so. I totally sucks at taking portrait photos. I still prefer to take non-living objects.
But anyway, it's an experience, of being a photographer for one day.

Interesting.

Got my try for DSLR camera on Saturday during meet-up with Nee and Aeng.









Tulip Hearts Day for Children Cancer Foundation.
Initially I was reluctant to go for this charity event, because I dislike to see the reaction of people when we approached. But well, not that bad. At least we saw some 'interesting' excuses or reaction when people were being approached by us.








I really love DSLR camera.
Pardon me people. I love lomography. I understand that my style of editing the photos maybe abit lomo-ish.
