Sentosa trip was an exciting one! Always been wanting to have a ride on the Sentosa Luge and Skyride.. and weehee. I rid it!

Anyway, yesterday trip was because of my father's company. It's sort of a family day outing, so the outing shall be at Sentosa. We went for the family package, so the attractions would include 2-way sentosa monorail express, Sky tower, 4D matgix and luge and skyride.

Well..It was a sunny hot afternoon. And I don't know what's up with Vivocity. There was SO MANY PEOPLE. my goodness. So we struggled our way to level 3, and took the Monorail. And it looked like this.


It looked like bullet train. But the speed is FAR FAR slower than bullet train. The one below is taken when we were going back to Vivocity. There were so many people. There was this LADY behind me. I supposed she is a tourist. MY GOODNESS She is so rude. When the monorail came, she said to her fellow friends 'Come on let's give a push.' And she really gave me a HARD PUSH. HELLO! This is not a labour room. PUSH your head. She is bigger size than me and a MISSED step may just cause my life. goodness gracious me! Never mind. Those are such rude people in the world.

Anyway, we stopped at the Imbiah Station. And the first thing we saw was...

It needed to cost us $8 for adult price [unfortunately] just to see the view. Oh well. We had better CHOICE than the Merlion. Much much higher than the Merlion. So, sorry. we skipped Mr. Merlion. No wonder he was so angry to 'roar' at us for not giving him 'face'. And luckily my brother was able to escape in time. Hahaha.

So, what's the better choice?

SKY TOWER
How GOOD can it be!? 360 degrees. Merlion also can meet that. But..move yourself lor~ We just need to sit in the AIR-CONDITIONED Sky Tower and we got to see the whole view of Sentosa I supposed. Haha.

Next we proceeded to the 4D Matgix. The film that was airing was called 'Pirated'. Basically, the man at the door will pass you a normal-looking toy-liked specs, which will give you the SPECIAL 3D effect of the show. You will see bees flying in front of you, binoculars popping out of the screens. So why is it 4D. I supposed the other 'D' is, the effect of WIND, rocking effect of the seats when maybe a person can knocked/hit by something, string-like thingy, tickling your legs when crabs are crawling out. Oh ya! shooting some water onto you when a person splashed into a pool of water. Fear not, you wouldn't get wet. hehe.
I got no pictures for this section of our trip. Just...only my brother's FACE.


Ah huh~ Now Luge and Skyride. This is so exciting!! I just love it. IT's seriously very very fun.

I think we were very lucky. Buy TOTO wouldn't be that heng. Just a few seconds after we started our ride, it started POURING! So, we ride in the rain. And I think I'm just too high. I kept shouting to my brother and when it started to rain I just shouted 'OH MY GOD! IT's RAINING! WOOHOO!!' Till my brother can't tolerate me and he asked me shut up. And I think I'm the slowest rider. My parents, including my mum who were behind me, suddenly just zoom by me. Haha. Anyway, it's REALLY REALLY very fun. Coz of the rain, my whole family were totally drenched. OH ya. The most irritating thing was that, the rain stopped when we end our ride and wanting to proceed to the skyride. haha.


That's me, at the second attempt of Luge, when the rain stopped. I almost created a flipping stun at the corner. I was TOO FAST! And that BLUE BULKY HELMET. It feel like it's going to fall off anytime. So, my head is small. HAHA


Uh HUH! This is the Skyride. I just took it while waiting for the Luge. I got the photo of us sitting on the ride. The people are money-earning mind. Place a camera in one of the tower and SNAP us! SO we will buy the photo at $10 if we want. Haha. But it' ok, coz we can keep it as a 'saviour'. I'm not going to put that photo here. COZ I LOOKED REAL 'BLUR' INSIDE. SO UGLY.. hehe.


By the time we finished, it's like almost 5pm+. We had to reach the restaurant by 6.30pm when the dinner would started. Dinner at The Terrance Restaurant [Sentosa Resort and Spa]. That place is kind of high-class, but we went in half-dry. Oh well.
The buffet dinner was...OK la. What attracts me was the DESSERT! There's chocolate, chocolate fondue and cakes. I was so ATTRACTED by those delicious lookings ones till I never took noticed of this fake plant decoration in front of me, and knocked onto.....the tip of the leaves. Hehe.
SO....I seleced some nice looking ones. And I got THIS!


The mousse looked delicious. But I was fooled by it. IT's bitter -bleh-
But the fondue is nice. The white thingy, which it think it's marshmallow [it don't taste like, coz it's really very soft], melted in my mouth with the chocolate coated on it... Mmmmm...

Lastly..

Haha. My brother refused to take photo. This guy, willing to take with his friends, but when requested to take with him, he would take very measure to cover his face. HE'S NOT CAMERA SHY OK.

I shall by back to school tomorrow for Food Safety. And I'm going to know my SIP location on TUESDAY. Man. I'm so freaking worried. But excited at the same time. Wish me all the best~
