I think I have been eating too much junk food.
Today just ate Burger King today at ParkWay Parade.

Hershey sundae [shared with Hanping]
Cheesesticks [shared]
And after eating that, I feel so regret. Especially seeing the visible oil in the box of cheesesticks.
This make me remind of NLS lecture, where the lecturer ask us, 'Do you eat healthy as a food science student?'. I wonder, DO I?
Yes, I eat brown rice with white rice for every dinner. I have vegetables, meat; almost all the essential nutrients like Carbohydrate, Proteins, Fats, Vitamins, Minerals, in my dinner [Thanks to my mama for cooking so healthy. Hehe]. But, I still feel that, I'm eating too much fats, salt, sugar.
Especially after having the tutorial, measuring my fat composition and stuff. Waist-to-Hip ratio, I'm close to high risk of getting diabetes and cardiovascular disease. OH NO! I think I better eat lesser fatty food, sweets.
And exercise more?
I think I better do so. Since most of the time I have to be in front of the computer, sitting on the stair, without moving for hours, cracking my brain out of what to type of the keywords in a box with a 'Search' besides it.
Otherwise, I will be going around, saying 'I'm fat! I'm fat! I want to diet', and making my mum went nuts and irritated. Haha
