A trip to Food Hotel Asia exhibition make me notice an ugly side of human beings.

What's wrong if students are visiting your booth? So what if you are not making any business from the students? Does that give a reason why booth helpers are not willing to give samples for students to try. Or maybe, like them try, but in a cold manner?

Maybe not all booth helpers are like that. But those who did, should be shameful of themselves. Not matter what, although we are students, we are still customers/guests. What for discriminate us like some aliens?

First, me and my friends were at a booth, that promote their korean ginseng tea. The person asked us, we were university or high school. My friend replied 'polytechnic'. Maybe the korean man don't know what is polytechnic. Because the term may be only used in Singapore. But I wonder, what is the reason that make the friendly face that was on his face, to go away. Is it he don't know what is 'polytechnic' Or is it, we are not some university students, and he thought 'polytechnic' is a low-educated or what-so-ever?

Second. I didn't realise this. But my friend said that, some of the people who serve the samples, wanted to serve samples for us to try. But it seems that when they saw the word 'STUDENT' on the tag we had, they seemed not wanted to serve us.

Third. Me and Jiawen were looking at this machine. This machine has the function of placing the satay sticks into the meat. We did not know that initally, and were talking among ourselves, asking each other 'What is this used for?'. The guy who happened to be beside me, just took some meat and placed on the machine and let the machine 'demo' to us. No friendly smile, no eye-contacting with us. Nothing. Simply ignore us and continue to talk to the other customer who is a business man I suppose. I nearly rolled my eyes. I went 'What the hell' inside my mind. He was so rude.

So what if we are students? Students = aliens? Or do they feel that, they will be wasting their time/food on students since we will not be buying or get their companies as sponsorship? If that's the reason, I think they need to reflect on themselves. They are adults. MATURE ADULTS I supposed. Doing sales, I believe they shouldn't discriminate their customers. It's simply so rude.

Because of this, it fears me to stay around the booth to look at the things they had, or ask question. Fear for that kind of attitude they might give.

But lucky not everyone are like that, some even talked to us, and told us to try more. My day in expo will not be spoiled by THOSE type of people. Haiz.

They shouldn't have give us a tag with one word 'STUDENT'. It look so plain. They should do this instead

Tuesday--- PBL programme. I think I'm going to struggle in this particular subject call FPQA which is totally problem-based. Year2, sem 1, is definately going to be a struggle one. Especially when my CDS is Leadership. I wonder why the hell I choose this CDS when I don't even have a single bit of leadership 'brain'. Luckily Teresa is also in this CDS and we are classmate once again. Haha. But I have an urge of changing CDS. Haiz. Shall see how first.

Wednesday is the starting of the Week 'O' orientation. I was in school, together with Chee Keen, Bella, Pei Yan, Jiawen and Eugene for teaching the freshies for hand sign song. Me and Jiawen were in Lt6, where all the new chemical engineering students were. Man, you never know how scary it was to stand in front of the LT, to demonstrate the others, for the hand signs. Imagine all the eyes were on you. You don't even dare to do a slightest thing for fear they might notice or burst into laugher. -.- Luckily the LT head do the talking, because I trembled when I spoke sometimes in between the demonstrating. If the whole session I was talking, I think I will tremble even more.

Thursday, which is today, wasn't as lucky as yesterday. I was alone in one LT.I was so scary. Luckily I chose LT 6 for the first session. Haha. Because Huinee and Shawn were in there. At least there are someone who I know. Today I was abit blur. Even when Shawn said 'shine' afew times, I was still so blur and keep 'huh?'. And as a result, the whole LT was laughing. Haha. Ok la. Make them laugh. LOLX. But it was still scary. Because I worried that I would do wrongly due to the nervous.
But whatever it is, it was all over. Tomorrow, we just have to stand in front of the crowd together. Hopefully tomorrow will be a fun one. Hehex. And also hopefully to meet some familiar faces.

Campus fever!

Went to Cineleisure yesterday with Peiyan and her friends. They went early in the morning. I only joined at around 12pm because had mentor in the morning.

The atmosphere was very scary. A fight or fierce argument could have just break out between the Kbox staffs and some of the fans. I'm actually pissed off with a particular group because one girl was such a bleh. At one time when the time was near to the starting of the event, we were almost being chased off by the security guard. Haha. But we just stayed at there. And at one time, my hand almost wanna to break due to the squeezing when the staff allow the front people to go in. I was holding peiyan's hand and want to go through the crowd. But the people from both sides suddenly squeeze and my hand almost got break by the squeezing.
LUCKILY never, otherwise I wouldn't be typing here. The situation was really crazy.

After some arugment, some unhappiness, some cursing here and there, finally we can went into the event room.

I shall left out what happen in the event because it will be very draggy and boring!

But anyway, kenneth and adriano were quite funny.

After the event, me, peiyan and her friends waited at a place for the superstars. We were pro man. And I think we shocked Ma Li and Kenneth with the sudden screaming. Haha. Sorry sorry =P

At the place, we got take photo with renfred, teresa. Dean was there but she was busy, so didn't.

So bla bla bla.

ARGH! I don't feel like continuing. VERY DRAGGY!

Never mind, next time I shall try to upload the pictures. HAHA

By the way, I saw Wei Choong this morning when going to temple to pray. Just as I wanted to enter, I saw him coming out. Haha. He was with his family I think, ya.
